The firm has also been involved in automation and offshore sourcing. During the Manufacturing phase, M-Pro validates the manufacturing processes using production tooling, fixtures and documentation during the production run. The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), control plan, process flow chart and all other quality and control documentation are completed. The phase confirms that all design criteria is met in order to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
