At M-Pro, we believe that great products come from a solid New Product Development (NPD) process and great project management. The process is broken up into five phases. Each is considered a core competency and therefore can be used independently, jointly or synergistically with the other four. Many companies we work with utilize only two or three of the capabilities we offer while most use all five.

Our project management expertise is the glue that keeps all of the pieces together and gives you the best results of each phase. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our project management expertise in order to reduce both cost and time while increasing quality.
